25+ years building in Addis AbabaDeluxe Properties has been developing residential buildings in Addis Ababa for over 25 years. We are not a sales office reselling someone else's construction — the group that digs the foundation, casts the floors and fits out your apartment is our own.
Four sister firms work every Deluxe site: Axis on foundations and piling, Spectra on post-tension floor plates, Vittorio on waterproofing and construction chemicals, and Shining Stone on general contracting. Nothing critical is subcontracted out of the group.
That is also why you can walk your own floor while it is still bare concrete. Site visits run every week of the year, with an engineer alongside you to answer for the build.
